What is this No Do page?
This is a list of Feature Request which we get repeatedly we simply cannot do it by native PHP. This document is organized into 2 categories:

Implementing Bandwidth Monitoring System
The fact is that it is impossible to accurately monitor outgoing bandwidth using PHP. You can of course, measure the total bandwidth cost to download files into the server, but you cannot exactly measure the bandwidth used by users to download files to their computer.
Download from other sockets besides http
The engine of Rapidleech is designed to download only from HTTP socket, we are also not sure if PHP can download files from other sockets like IRC, RMTP, FS2YOU, etc.
Features that we will not implement
Torrent Support
This has been requested many times and we cannot help stressing saying that we will not implement this feature. For torrent support, you will need perl and python on the server. We will also need to learn how to use perl in order to implement torrent support, but this is simply not the objective of rapidleech! Rapidleech's objective is to make file transfer from file hostings easier! Furthermore, there are already a host of other scripts that already support torrents, namely, Torrentflux.
